Email us with a description of the issue, your iPhone model, and your iOS version. Do not include private notes, contact information, or other sensitive content unless it is necessary to resolve your request.

Notifications are not appearing
Open iOS Settings, choose Notifications, select Christos, and confirm that notifications are allowed. Focus modes and Scheduled Summary can also delay alerts.
Hands-Free Bible commands are unavailable
Open iOS Settings and allow both Microphone and Speech Recognition access for Christos. Hands-Free Bible commands work while the app is visible and the feature is enabled.
Narration does not play
Confirm that your volume is up and that your internet connection is available for streamed or fallback narration. Downloaded or locally generated narration can play from the on-device cache.
Screen Time or Strict Mode will not start
Christos needs Apple's Screen Time authorization and at least one app, category, or website selection for these features. Some Strict Mode actions also require an internet connection for trusted time.
Remove local Christos data
Use available controls inside Christos to remove notes or profiles. Deleting the app removes its local app data from the device, subject to your Apple backup settings.
